General notes:
All those wishing to attend an Aqua moments UK photoshoot must agree to the terms and conditions. Failing to accept the T&C may result in a request to leave the photoshoot. In this instance, Aqua moments UK will be under no obligation to refund the booking fees.

If we have to contact you, we will only do so by phone or by mailing you at the e-mail address you provided to us when you booked/registered.
Photoshoots are only suitable for swimmers used to submersions.
Every child attending the photoshoot must be accompanied by their own responsible adult.
Your contract with Aqua moments UK
You can book a photoshoot for available slots through our booking system. Dates and booking details will be given by the school also. Booking fees will have to be paid to Aqua moments UK. All prices include standard rate VAT where applicable.
Please note that siblings need to be paid individually.
Your photoshoot booking fee payment does not include any photographic products such as prints or textiles.
As soon as your images are processed, edited, and uploaded in our shop, we will e-mail you to give you online viewing access to the images. You will then have the opportunity to order these in a variety of formats and packages. Payment must be made in advance. If not, your order will not be processed. You can pay by PayPal at the point of ordering or by bank transfer. Bank details will be given on the invoice.
Payments for photographic products are non-refundable unless you receive damaged or faulty goods. In that case, goods will be replaced according to the situation.
If you do choose to purchase more than what was already included at the time of the booking, buying the digital file means you can make as many copies of the pictures as you like and use them in any way you like. Buying the digital files does not give you copyright of the images. Copyright remains with Aqua moments UK.
Digital files are sold with the following license: You are permitted to make as many copies of the photo as you like for personal and family use, but copyright remains with Aqua moments UK. You may use the photos online, on personal websites, or personal social media pages, but must credit Aqua moments UK with the images. The photographs should not be published or used commercially or in any other way without permission from Aqua moments UK.
If you purchase prints or photo products, you are not permitted to make any copies of these or use the images online. Should you require extra prints, you will need to purchase them from the Aqua moments UK website. Advertising and commercial photography is available but different pricing and licenses will apply.
A postage and packaging charge is applied to prints and textile products. Digital files are supplied as high-quality .jpgs to download and therefore free from postage fees.
The number of photos of each child will vary depending on how your child performed on the day. Typically, you can expect between 4-15 pictures, but it could be more if your child performed very well on the day or if you did some sibling and family pictures.
We cannot guarantee excellent results for every participant since it depends on various factors and heavily on how your child is on the day. We do try very hard to get you a great shot though, and succeed most times.
The cancellation rights generally available to consumers in accordance with their statutory rights do not apply to the photoshoots provided by us.
Due to the nature of running these photoshoots, we offer a no-refund policy on booking fees.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of swimming-pool photoshoots and variables such as your child’s demeanor on the day, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take an image to your liking. In these instances, we will not be liable to provide a refund of your booking fee.
We reserve the right to make amendments to our Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business or statutory obligations. The new version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
All children attending a photoshoot must be accompanied in the water by their adult carer regardless of their swimming ability.
Customers are responsible for the child in their care at all times and must inform a member of the photoshoot team, prior to entering the water at the photoshoot, of any concerns they have.
Customers are expected to behave in a civilized manner towards any member of the photoshoot team, other Aqua moments UK customers, and are expected to refrain from using foul language at all times.
Aqua moments UK may, at its own discretion, refuse entry to a customer if it is felt that the customer’s behaviour is unacceptable.
Customers accept that at times there will be physical contact between members of the photoshoot team/swimming school team and their child, which will always be carried out in a professional and caring manner.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the photoshoot team of any condition that could affect their or their child’s capabilities in the swimming pool. All information provided to us will be treated as strictly confidential.
Unfortunately, we can only accommodate one person in the pool at a time with each child who must be either the child’s parent or designated carer and be at least 16 years of age. Spectators may be allowed, depending on individual pool facilities and regulations, but must be other family members or friends. Please check with your swim school before attending each photoshoot as individual pool regulations can change without notice.
Customers must follow pool procedures as advised to them at the time of confirmation. Please adhere to the instructions given to you regarding car parking, entry, and exit routes to pools.
Customers should aim to arrive no more than 15 minutes before their booked photoshoot space and leave no more than 15 minutes after the photoshoot space to help improve changing room comfort.
The safety and well-being of your child or the child in your care is of the utmost importance to Aqua moments UK.
Swim school rules and regulations of using the pool apply in the same way as using the premises while swimming lessons without exceptions!
Aqua moments UK shall not be responsible for the loss or damage, of or to, any property or to any person arising from the booking of, or participation in the activities.
